Hitting Plyo Balls are used for hitters to develop strength and feel mishits versus barreled balls. The balls are 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz to progressively train higher weights to develop strength and mechanics to hit through the baseball and to train extenstion through the swing. These balls can be used off a tee or with front toss, and are a staple for pre-game hitting with our Dubs Pre-Game BP Balls.
